    Being an excellent claims person starts with a strong grounding in specific product lines so that you understand the technical ins and outs. Sure, if you handle homeowners claims regularly you can probably improvise your way through a mobile home claim. But you are also going to miss some things because you may not understand, for example, how manufactured housing tie-downs ought to be installed or why skirting is more than just an aesthetic covering.

    Advanced Dwelling Training

    Haag certified (Commercial & Residential) instructors present this 4.5 day course using the Dwelling, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Commercial Roof mocks inside the AMIG/SIS Training Center.  The course includes hands-on training of residential water remediation & drying methods, smoke remediation, plumbing, HVAC, & electrical.  Additionally, residential fire loss investigative techniques,  damageability, estimatics, and repair operations as well as instruction on commercial HVAC systems will be reviewed. 

    The course is designed for mid-senior level Adjusters as well as Commercial Property Adjusters.  Upon completion, adjusters will be able to assess damage due to water and smoke as well as assess damage to residential HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical systems. 

     

    Collector Car Training

    Collector vehicle / auto collision expert present this 4 day course with hands-on exercises in  our AMIG /SIS Training Center.  The course includes a collector vehicle versus standard auto approach to auto body repair, refinish and restoration.  Hands-on training of body panel preparation,, dent repair, body filler and the painting process, from primer to buffing and blending. The session includes hands-on fiberglass repair, and analysis of engine fires, suspensions, frames and chassis. Estimate and vehicle quality assessment and shop agreed cost of repair discussion.

    The course is designed for mid-senior level Adjusters.
