ERGO instructors are more than just instructors. They have professional experience in the real world, too, plus a genuine passion for their trade. Averaging more than 20 years of claims handling and trade experience, they have been in the field and seen it all. They will share their years of experience working with customers (the patient and the distraught) and repair shops (the good and the bad). It is rare to find a wealth of expertise and passion like this all in one place.

Our instructors live and breathe their product specialty, which ranges from motorcycles to dwellings. They know what their products are made of (inside and out), how best to repair them, and how best to adjust them. Plus, ERGO instructors are patient, engaging teachers. They help reduce the learning curve and make the training enjoyable.
